If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 10 calendar days of receipt with the exceptions noted below. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Should you have a problem with your order, please call or e-mail us to request a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and a return authorization number. NOTE: Clothing, blankets, other wearable goods are not returnable, unless unopened in original packaging. Shampoos, baked goods, etc., are not returnable. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days of us receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the product minus shipping costs. We do not credit your shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. Shipping charges are determined by size, for flat rate boxes via the USPS. product as posted on the web site. Specialty products such as custom portraits, gift baskets, etc., are at actual postage and insurance (if necessary) rates plus a $5.00 handling fee.
